Our offers are directed exclusively at adults or legal entities with a delivery address in Germany.

1. Conclusion of Contract

We are currently still collecting orders. We can only initiate production of our Firdaus prayer rugs at the factory once we reach a minimum order quantity. To raise the necessary funds, we rely on your support. We will collect your orders, and once we reach the target, we will begin production. Approximately three months later, the rugs will be delivered.

If we do not receive enough orders by September 30, 2025, we will cancel the entire campaign and refund all the money.

So, you will either receive your Firdaus prayer rug by the end of the year, or your money back by September 30, 2025 (refunds are initiated at this point – depending on the payment method, it may take up to a week for the funds to appear in your account).

From a legal perspective, a purchase contract is concluded upon payment. We promise delivery by December 31, 2025, or a full refund by September 30, 2025.

2. Prices

All prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs and any applicable COD fees will be shown separately during checkout.

3. Delivery & Shipping Costs

Delivery is available within the EU or the United Kingdom.
Shipping costs will be calculated during the order process.

4. Payment Methods

5. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Policy
You may revoke your contract declaration within 14 days. The period begins upon receipt of the goods and this instruction. The revocation can be made in writing or by returning the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of a withdrawal, both parties must return received services. If you cannot return the goods in full or if they are returned in a deteriorated condition, you must provide compensation. This does not apply to the inspection of goods as would be possible in a physical store.

You bear the cost of return shipping if the delivered goods match your order – that is, if you received what you ordered but simply do not want it. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the withdrawal, provided the goods have been returned to us.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights for defects apply. These are independent of the right of withdrawal.

8. Final Provisions

All contracts are subject to German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes is our company’s registered office.
